Wasp Problem: Update: Exterminator will be out again as there are still Wasp. Please be aware of the ground wasp problem between 113-115 Apprentice Landing on the sidewalk side of the road, just past the pocket park. The exterminators treated the area July 16th but please still use caution and let us know if any more are found.

Please watch your speed while driving through our community. Our neighborhood is home to residents, visitors, pedestrians, pet owners, and service vehicles. Driving at or below the posted speed limit helps keep everyone safe and makes our streets a more enjoyable place for all.

Please remember to:

Obey the posted speed limit and stop signs.
Slow down near intersections and around curves.
Watch for pedestrians, cyclists, pets, and golf carts.
Allow extra time for your trip—arriving safely is more important than arriving a few seconds sooner.
